JAED takes payment via PayPal for all online purchases. An order Confirmation email will be sent once payment is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
NOTE --- Due to the current Covid-19 Situation, please note that Australia Post are experiencing slight delays in Delivery Times Please allow additional business days for your order to arrive. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the payment confirmation of the order. Please note that shipping will be via Australia Post. We ship to addresses within Australia only. Please ensure you confirm the details on your order to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment and/or address information is required prior to dispatch. Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery times are based on Australia Post Guidelines. Shipping may take longer during sale periods and holidays. As the recipient, you are responsible for any costs incurred for parcels which are returned to us due to; attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from Australia Post Collection Locations. Standard shipping will be incurred for all parcels re-sent. Shipping Costs are based on the standard Australia Post Rate: Standard Shipping - $9.99 for all Orders (3-7 Business Days) Express Shipping - $14.99 for all Orders (1-3 Business Days) Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here (https://auspost.com.au/content/dam/auspost_corp/media/documents/express-post-domestic-delivery-estimator.pdf) to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link. Tracking your Order
Shipping is via Australia Post Registered Mail. Please see the Australia Post Website for their T&Cs.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges are NOT permitted for change of mind. Products must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please contact us (contact.jaed@gmail.com ) prior to sending any items back, as we will need to process a return request for you to include with the return. For all returns the shipping cost will be borne by you. We request that you use a method which has tracking for the shipment. We will notify you once we have received and processed your return. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed and cleared. If you receive a product different from the one which you ordered, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at contact.jaed@gmail.com within 14 days as we will be happy to assist you.
Modifications and Cancellations of Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes once your order has been placed. We are also unable to cancel orders. You can return your items once you have received your order via the methods outlined in the Returns & Exchanges section. We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that you verify your shipping address when placing your order.
